RETURN/EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returns are sent at the expense of the buyer. Additional shipping charges plus a 15% restock fee will apply to all exchanges, and must be paid for upfront before the exchanged item(s) can be shipped. All returned merchandise must be in their original unused condition and accompanied by the original packing slip. Any scratched, altered, blemished or broken items will not be accepted for a refund or exchange, unless the damage occurred during the original shipment, or the item(s) were faulty due to fabrication error. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns.

Refunds on returned items will be processed and issued to the original form of payment. We will credit your account upon receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Please allow 15-30 business days to view this transaction in your account.
